Telstra Integrated Messaging (TIM) combines hosted platform access to Telstra’s SMS messaging technology with the ability to customise, connect and automate common office procedures from staff rostering and remote working to more sophisticated staff or customer communication, directly from a PC or machine to multiple mobile handsets.

TIM can minimise enterprise time and expense by integrating ready-to-deploy business messaging applications to your back end systems, or working to creating custom-built applications to suit any specific business needs or existing systems. TIM can include:
